Everyone at Transport Friendly Society is committed to giving members clear information about our products and to answering queries promptly.

We welcome your views on the way the Society is run including suggestions for improvements. If you have any comments please contact the Society’s Member Relations Director (MRD), who is also the vice chairman of the Society, Mr Steve Barker memberrelations@tfs.uk.com.

If you have any concerns which have not been resolved, or if it would be inappropriate for the Chairman or Chief Executive to consider you can also contact Mr Barker.
